No. DET is not accepted for Canada Permanent Residency – you need IELTS General or CELPIP for Express Entry and PNP. For UK visas, the Home Office requires a Secure English Language Test (SELT) – DET is not on that list. DET works for university admissions and study permits, not PR or work visa applications.
