As an immigration consultant, I spent years working closely with students and applicants who were fully capable of studying or settling abroad — yet held back by a single exam score. I kept seeing the same pattern: confident individuals, strong in real-world communication, repeatedly failing to meet language benchmarks.
Through constant interaction with applicants, reviewing refusal cases, and understanding how language scores directly impact visa outcomes, I identified a critical problem: these exams are not testing everyday English. They demand a specific, structured approach that most candidates are never properly guided on.
That is why LinguoPrep was built — an outcome-focused platform designed to bridge this exact gap. Not generic classes, not passive video content, and not trial-and-error preparation. Every student starts with a clear diagnostic, followed by targeted strategies based on how these exams are actually evaluated.

2019 - the beginning
Founded in Brampton, Ontario
Rajveer launched LinguoPrep from Brampton, ON with 10 founding students and a single mission: to fix why the city's language test coaching is done for immigrants.
2020 - first connections
CELPIP Program Launched
Expanded beyond IE5 to serve Canada, scaling around PR applicants needing CELPIP. Hit the 100-student milestone despite a global pandemic.
2021 - no marketing needed
ICEF Accreditation Achieved
Became internationally recognised with ICEF certification. Students from India, UAE and the Philippines started joining fully online.
2022 - real scale
500 Students Milestone
The 500th LinguoPrep student cleared their target score. PTE Academic programme added. Score Guarantee policy introduced for the first time.
2023 - new programme
Duolingo and Study Abroad
Launched Duolingo English Test prep as universities worldwide added DET acceptance. Study abroad counselling division opened for students.
2024-25 - scale
Multi-City, Multi-Country
Crossed 1,000 enrolled students. Franchise partnerships in Mississauga and Scarborough. Online centres serving students across Canada, India, Philippines, UAE and Nigeria.
